An exciting opportunity has arisen within a newly created Project CO-Ordinator / Scheduler role for our Ringwood based client.
As leading experts in their field, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Project co-ordinator who has experience of working within either the construction / fire & safety industry.
The ideal project co-ordinator / scheduler will be a dynamic, confident individual, happy to work as part of a team, whilst playing a crucial part in managing the logistics of multiple projects and helping to drive the business forward.
Key responsibilities of the Project Co-Ordinator:
As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process management of installation and maintenance projects, specifically centred around fire doors / associated products and services. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent client relationships. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Whilst you won’t be managing a team of people, you will be liaising with field based staff, as well as clients / suppliers, and working closely with the Director and senior management team, to ensure projects are managed effectively.
