IFA Administrator Job role:
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an organisation who value their employees and offer progression opportunities and a host of fantastic benefits.
This is a full time position, but our client would consider someone on a part time basis, across 4 days (30 hours) as well.
Our client are a Financial Planning firm, with offices in both Christchurch and Wimborne. They are happy to employ someone to be based out of either office, as they have teams who can support the transition of a new employee, at either location.
The IFA Administrator role will ideally have worked in a similar environment, in order to make a quick transition into a busy team. The role will see the IFA Administrator working off a range of different platforms and back office systems, liaising with clients, 3rd party suppliers and internal colleagues, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
The IFA Administrator will be involved in a wide variety of tasks including:
