We are working exclusively with this market leading employer in the Ringwood area, to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive for their growing team. Whilst you will be reporting directly into the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be need to have the confidence to manage their own workload on a day to day basis, as well as relationships with outsourced agencies and other third parties – you will report directly into the Marketing Director who works entirely remotely.

• Planning, creating and implementing digital content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter and Pinterest.
• Developing and implementing effective social media ads across all social channels, increasing engagement and traffic / followers to the organisation
• Maintaining company website and ensuring that product uploads, general improvements and overall user experience is on point. Previous experience of WordPress would be ideal.
• Working closely with the Marketing Director to launch PR initiatives and external events – liaising with external suppliers / agencies as required.
• Managing and monitoring the Marketing budget – analysing spend and making suggestions for cost saving initiatives, or improvements for better ROI
• Building relationships with social media influencers and / or bloggers, working with them to promote increase brand awareness, through sponsored posts or partnerships and other social initiatives / projects.
• Creating content for email campaigns (mailchimp) and reporting on activity of said campaigns.
• Identifying new opportunities and content streams to help grow brand awareness and reach.
• SEO and PPC optimisation
• Working closely with internal teams and collaborating with outsourced suppliers / agencies, web designers etc. on adhoc projects relating to marketing activity.


• A minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a similar Digital Marketing role is essential – whilst our client is looking for someone who is keen to progress, relevant experience is required as you will work on your own initiative in this role, with a certain level of autonomy.
• Marketing degree (or similar) with a good level of commercial awareness
• Proven experience of google ads and reporting
• Basic knowledge of SEO / PPC would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset are essential for this role.
• You will need to be able to work well under pressure and deliver effectively against KPI’s and objections agreed with the Marketing Director.
• A self-motivated, forward-thinking approach is essential – whilst you will be working within a friendly, collaborative team, you will be the only digital marketing presence in the office.
